That's great to hear, just have the city pubish that fact that your willing to pay for the CREW and I'd be willing to stop at this site. The fact I'm sure is that there wouldn't be enough to do that so I guess I'll just have to continue to say that they were not needed, if the people that can't pay have too.

As the fire department is over staffed and the police department is under staffed.Brooklyn park is no longer a second ring suburb now we share inner city troubles like gangs drugs burgiaries shootings.And the fire department asked for all the fire department could get.As the police department has many troubles upon them and alot of work to do.As for the fire department as someone has said fires are down for past ten years.Who took the city for a ride yes the fire department $$!!

Ever heard the old adage,beggers can't be chooser?The council chooser put on a duty crew and the city is still in need of officers.Brooklyn Park reputation is bad because it is.This is difficult and a signficant issue for our city.What happen to protecting our own citizens from crime.And the BEGGARS are still looking for help each day and night.As I see it today the fire department has it's hand out for money.But the last fifty years the fire department put it's hand out to help our citizens for the hours the firefighters worked.And this sanctuary city of crime must stop.GOD help us we sure need it!

It is time to start protecting our own citizens from crime.The people of this city abolutely deserve that.We did have a vibrant fire department before the set hours and the money came into play.Many of us have questions and concerns about this fire department and council that voted for a 24/7 duty crew.What was the council looking at when the quality of life in BP is a big problem.Fires were not a problem and the council did fall into the fire department trap.

The trap was set on the people of this city and the council members.Many of us have question and concerns about the duty crew.

Anyone who voted for this duty crew and the tax abused city and the public trust should not return to office.I suggest that instead of asking taxpayers for more money put on a day duty crew only.We strongly ask to restore the fire department to the days of old.Emphasizing the volunteer system worked.

Living on the West side of the city - I appreciate the fact that station is staffed - and know they are trained well.

Shit, since you see so much value in all that government provides then you wouldn't object to giving the Council Members another pay raise would you? Put your money where your mouth is.

It's people like you that think spending more tax dollars is the solution to all problems. In fact, however, you are the problem. Name one thing the government does efficiently?
